Xodus FDS™ intercooler systems are designed to increase charge-air cooling capacity on Ford F-150 and Raptor EcoBoost platforms. The FDS™ Flow Distribution System is engineered to improve airflow distribution across the intercooler core, while the large bar-and-plate construction provides substantial cooling capacity.

The F-150 and Raptor system uses a 950-cubic-inch core and is designed to support applications ranging from stock trucks to builds producing up to 950 horsepower. Testing has shown intake air temperature reductions of up to 15% compared with factory cooling systems.

This makes improved intercooling particularly relevant for trucks used for towing, off-road driving, repeated acceleration, or high-boost performance applications.

Xodus Exhaust Systems for a Better Sound and Flow

Xodus performance exhaust systems are engineered to improve exhaust flow while giving EcoBoost trucks a more aggressive and controlled exhaust note.

The F-150 EcoBoost cat-back system uses 304 stainless steel construction, mandrel-bent tubing, TIG-welded components, and Xodus Drone Trap™ resonator technology. The system is designed to reduce unwanted cabin drone during highway driving while maintaining a deeper performance-oriented sound under acceleration.

For the second-generation Ford F-150 Raptor, Xodus also offers a dedicated cat-back system featuring a 3-inch dual exhaust layout and integrated X-pipe. Its DroneTrap™ resonator is designed to control unwanted interior noise without eliminating the aggressive character expected from a performance Raptor.

Xodus also offers an equal-length exhaust upgrade for 2015–2020 F-150 3.5L EcoBoost trucks. Its equal-length configuration is designed to improve exhaust pulse management and create smoother, more balanced exhaust flow.

ECU and Transmission Tuning for EcoBoost Trucks

The brand also develops ECU and transmission calibrations for Ford EcoBoost platforms, allowing owners to extract more performance from their factory powertrains.

The Xodus F13.1 tune for 2015–2020 Ford F-150 3.5L EcoBoost models is developed specifically around the platform's engine and transmission characteristics. The calibration was tested using all-wheel-drive dynamometers and is designed to improve performance and drivability across everyday driving, towing, hauling, and spirited use.

For third-generation Raptors, the Xodus Core Engine Tune is available for 2021–2023 3.5L EcoBoost models. On 93-octane fuel, the calibration can provide gains of up to 81 horsepower and 128 lb-ft of torque, while supporting fuel from 87 to 93 octane through automatic fuel-quality adaptation.

Suspension and Truck-Focused Upgrades
