Engineering Beyond the Exhaust

Fi approaches exhaust development as a complete engineering process rather than simply replacing factory components.

Each system is developed using CAD modeling, extensive prototype testing, dyno validation, and handcrafted TIG welding before production begins. Internal pipe geometry, X-pipe configuration, pipe diameter, material selection, and valve operation are all optimized to improve exhaust flow while producing a sound character tailored to each individual platform.

Drivers can operate the exhaust valves using the factory controls, a dedicated remote, or the Fi EXHAUST Pro mobile app. Depending on the vehicle, the app allows users to customize valve behavior based on RPM, vehicle speed, turbo boost, startup preferences, and other operating conditions. Selected applications also include advanced features such as intelligent valve automation and diagnostic functionality.
