Extreme Power House: Shipping and Warehouse Manager

Hey everyone!

Many of you know I have been with XPH for about 3 years now. I started off by writing simple blogs about certain items, uploading products onto the website, and then worked my way up to being a shipper. As of October 22nd 2018, I have been promoted to Extreme Power House’s first ever Shipping Manager position. As XPH’s new shipping and warehouse manager, I have many new responsibilities. On a daily basis, my job is to make sure all shipments are processed within 24 hours. I will make sure my shippers are working hard 6 days a week starting on Monday and ending on Saturday to ensure ALL orders are taken care of. I will also be monitoring our inventory to make sure we never run out of items which will help prevent a delay on orders. However, this is not always possible and we do run out at times. This is very rare, but should always be considered. Should an item be out of stock, I will be contacting the customer within 24 hours letting them know why an item is unavailable and what the current wait time on said item is. Should the customer decline to wait for an item to restock, I will offer them another product from another brand that I consider worth purchasing.
