For vehicles equipped with performance modifications such as a flashed ECU or an upgraded supercharger pulley, like the AWE Stage 2 Performance Pulley, cooling efficiency is essential for maximizing power and reliability.
By increasing the frontal area and utilizing superior design, the ColdFront™ Heat Exchanger effectively reduces supercharger coolant temperatures, ensuring cooler intake air and consistent power delivery. Whether you're pushing your vehicle on the track or daily driving, this upgrade prevents power loss caused by heat-soak and keeps your engine running cooler.
Developed by AWE’s in-house engineers, the ColdFront™ Heat Exchanger is a direct replacement for the factory component, offering perfect OEM fitment. It fits seamlessly behind the front bumper and grille for a clean installation. Unlike other heat exchangers on the market, the ColdFront™ Heat Exchanger is equipped with a drain plug and bleed screw, simplifying maintenance and ensuring no air is trapped when adding coolant.
Pair the ColdFront™ Heat Exchanger with the AWE ColdFront™ Reservoir and AWE ColdFront™ Coolant Pump to complete your cooling system for optimum performance. Please note, the ColdFront™ systems are for racing use only.
