Overview: The APR Charge Pipe System offers a comprehensive upgrade to the factory turbo outlet system, addressing the shortcomings of the stock plastic and rubber components. The factory 38mm pipe is prone to melting, deforming, and causing boost leaks under extreme conditions. The APR upgrade replaces it with a robust 60mm aluminum pipe, paired with a multi-ply fluorosilicone-coated turbocharger outlet hose.
The EZ-Flow stepped lip hoses provide a smooth transition from hose to pipe, ensuring optimal airflow. The included T-bolt clamps secure a leak-resistant seal. All brackets are TIG-welded for strength and precise fitment, and the pipe features a black finish with a protruding lip to prevent hose slippage. This system is a direct fit for the APR DTR6054 Turbocharger and the APR or OEM intercooler hose. For maximum performance and reliability, APR recommends upgrading the intercooler hoses as well.

APR has conducted tests to verify that this product allows the vehicle to operate within legal emissions standards, making it legal for on-street use in all states that adhere to the Clean Air Act and the EPA Tampering Policy. However, this product is NOT LEGAL FOR SALE OR USE IN CALIFORNIA. Testing for 50-state compliance with the California Air Resources Board (CARB) is pending. Once an E.O. number is issued, the product will be updated to 50-state legal status.
Tech Resources: Please Note: This kit is exclusively designed for use with the APR DTR6054 Turbocharger System and does not fit with the stock intake system (except Tiguan). A compatible upgrade, such as the APR Closed or Open Intake System, is required.
