Description
Reduce weight and enhance the performance-focused appearance of your Dodge Challenger with Anderson Composites Carbon Fiber Doors. Handcrafted using premium carbon fiber materials, these doors are designed for off-road and competition applications where reducing vehicle weight is a priority.
Anderson Composites components are manufactured by an experienced production team with more than 20 years of carbon fiber expertise. Each component features a consistent carbon fiber weave pattern and carefully controlled carbon-to-resin ratio. Every part is meticulously inspected to maintain a high standard of craftsmanship and finish quality.
The doors are manufactured using a vacuum-infused process with 3K 2x2 twill carbon fiber cloth. A marine-grade gel coat with UV inhibitors is applied and polished to help protect the surface while providing a high-luster finish.
Each door features a carbon fiber outer panel (A-side) bonded to a fiberglass skeleton (B-side). The hand-crafted construction results in an approximate weight of 20 lbs. per door, compared with approximately 50 lbs. per OE steel door, providing an estimated weight reduction of approximately 30 lbs. per door.
The doors are designed with locations for factory hardware and mount using OE hardware. OE mounting hardware is not included.
