Improve airflow and performance with the Takeda Momentum Cold Air Intake System with Pro DRY S Filter. Engineered to provide a smoother, less restrictive intake path, this system outflows the factory intake by up to 24% and delivers dyno-proven gains of up to 6 horsepower and 6 lb-ft of torque.
The Takeda Momentum intake combines a sealed, heat-resistant XLPE housing, oversized dyno-tuned intake tube, and washable Pro DRY S performance air filter to provide increased airflow while helping isolate the filter from hot engine-bay air.
High-Flow Pro DRY S Air Filter
The system features a large 6-inch-tall, 360-degree radial-flow air filter with a 4-1/2-inch flange. The filter uses three layers of progressive synthetic Pro DRY S media, providing excellent filtration and dust-holding capacity without requiring filter oil.
The oil-free design makes maintenance simple and convenient. The washable and reusable filter can be cleaned and returned to service, making it a practical choice for street-driven vehicles.
The inverted filter top increases usable filter surface area, helping provide longer service intervals between cleanings.
Sealed One-Piece Housing
The one-piece sealed housing is constructed from heat-resistant XLPE (Cross-Linked Polyethylene) and is designed to help capture cooler air directly behind the front grille.
A large clear sight window allows the filter to be inspected quickly without removing or disassembling the intake system.
The housing also features an auxiliary air inlet that can be used to draw additional air from the engine compartment or sealed with the included plug.
Dyno-Tuned Intake Tube
The oversized intake tube is computer-designed and dyno-tuned to optimize airflow and support maximum performance gains. Its XLPE construction provides excellent resistance to heat soak while maintaining durability in demanding engine-bay conditions.
