With a measured flow rate of 155 CFM at 7" H₂O, the Takeda Momentum system combines a sealed XLPE housing, oversized dyno-tuned intake tube, and large washable Pro 5R performance filter to create an efficient, high-flow intake path.
High-Flow Pro 5R Performance Air Filter
The system features a large 6-inch-tall, 360-degree radial-flow air filter with a 4-1/2-inch flange. The washable and reusable filter uses five layers of progressively finer pre-oiled cotton gauze media to maximize airflow while providing effective filtration and dust-holding capacity.
The Pro 5R filter is designed for high-performance street and track applications. Its inverted top increases usable filtration surface area, helping extend service intervals between maintenance cycles.
Sealed One-Piece Airbox
The one-piece sealed housing is constructed from heat-resistant XLPE (Cross-Linked Polyethylene) and is designed to capture cooler air directly behind the vehicle's front grille.
A large clear sight window allows the filter to be inspected without removing or disassembling the intake system, making routine maintenance faster and easier.
The housing also incorporates an auxiliary air inlet that can be used to introduce additional air from the engine compartment or closed using the included plug.
Dyno-Tuned Intake Tube
