Massive Five-Layer Pro 5R Performance Air Filter
At the heart of the Momentum intake is a 7.5” tall, 360° radial flow air filter with a 3.5" flange, utilizing Takeda’s pre-oiled Pro 5R media. This filter features five progressively finer layers of cotton gauze, offering superior airflow, filtration, and power gains. The large surface area and inverted top ensure maximum air volume and extended service intervals. Ideal for high-performance street and track applications.
Durable One-Piece Sealed Housing
The heat-resistant XLPE (cross-linked polyethylene) housing is designed as a single sealed unit for improved durability and minimal heat soak. Its patent-pending filter-to-housing interface simplifies assembly, reduces components, and ensures an airtight seal. The large clear sight window provides quick, tool-free filter inspection, while the auxiliary air inlet can connect to the optional Dynamic Air Scoop (Acura TLX models, part #56-70016S) for even greater airflow and performance.
