The aFe POWER Rebel Series 3-Inch to 2.5-Inch 409 Stainless Steel Cat-Back Exhaust System with Polished Tips is engineered to deliver proven performance gains, aggressive sound, and distinctive styling for 2009–2019 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 and GMC Sierra 1500 Crew Cab / Long Bed models. Featuring a dual middle-side exit design, this system offers a unique appearance while significantly improving exhaust flow.
In-house dyno testing recorded gains of up to +14 horsepower and +17 lb-ft of torque (tested on a 2014 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 5.3L). The exhaust system utilizes 3-inch tubing that splits into dual 2.5-inch mandrel-bent 409 stainless steel pipes, reducing restriction and outflowing the factory exhaust for improved throttle response and overall engine efficiency.
A 4" x 9" x 18" high-flow muffler is engineered to absorb high-frequency exhaust tones while producing a deep, powerful sound that unleashes available horsepower and torque without excessive drone. Designed as a complete bolt-on system, this exhaust installs in the stock location with no cutting or modifications required.
Finishing the system are dual 3.5-inch polished 304 stainless steel tips, laser-etched with aFe POWER logos and positioned to exit in front of the rear passenger-side tire. The polished finish adds a premium look while maintaining durability and corrosion resistance.
Each Rebel Series exhaust system is 100% hand MIG-welded for superior strength and long-term durability and is proudly engineered and manufactured in Corona, California.
