The aFe POWER Rebel Series 3-Inch to 2.5-Inch 409 Stainless Steel Cat-Back Exhaust System is engineered to deliver increased performance, aggressive sound, and distinctive styling for 2009–2019 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 and GMC Sierra 1500 Crew Cab / Long Bed models. Designed as a dual middle-side exit system, this exhaust offers a bold appearance while improving overall exhaust flow and efficiency.
In-house dyno testing recorded gains of up to +14 horsepower and +17 lb-ft of torque (tested on a 2014 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 5.3L), showcasing the system’s performance capability. The exhaust features 3-inch tubing that splits into dual 2.5-inch mandrel-bent 409 stainless steel pipes, reducing restriction and outflowing the factory exhaust for improved throttle response and engine efficiency.
A 4" x 9" x 18" high-flow stainless steel muffler is used to absorb unwanted high-pitched tones while producing a deep, powerful exhaust note that unleashes available horsepower and torque. Installation is completely bolt-on, requiring no cutting or modification, and uses factory mounting points for a precise and secure fit.
Finishing the system are dual 3.5-inch diameter black 304 stainless steel tips, laser-etched with aFe POWER logos and positioned to exit in front of the rear passenger-side tire. This unique middle-side exit design delivers an aggressive look that sets the Rebel Series apart from traditional rear-exit systems.
Each exhaust system is 100% hand MIG-welded for maximum strength and long-term durability and is proudly engineered and manufactured in Corona, California.
