Description
The aFe POWER Rebel Series Cat-Back Exhaust System is designed to enhance performance, sound, and appearance for 2009–2019 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 and GMC Sierra 1500 trucks equipped with 4.3L V6 or 5.3L V8 engines.
This premium exhaust system features 3-inch mandrel-bent tubing that transitions into dual 2-1/2-inch 409 stainless steel piping, ensuring optimal exhaust flow while minimizing backpressure. The improved airflow results in measurable power gains and sharper throttle response. During in-house dyno testing on a 2014 Chevrolet Silverado 5.3L V8, this cat-back exhaust produced gains of up to +14 horsepower and +17 lb-ft of torque.
At the heart of the system is a high-flow, straight-through stainless steel muffler, engineered to eliminate unwanted high-pitch tones while delivering a deep, aggressive exhaust note under acceleration. The exhaust exits on the passenger side in front of the rear tire, providing a distinctive middle-side exit design that sets your truck apart.
Completing the system are dual 3.5-inch black stainless steel exhaust tips, finished for durability and style and featuring laser-etched aFe POWER logos. These clamp-on tips enhance the truck’s aggressive appearance while maintaining corrosion resistance.
Installation is fully bolt-on with no cutting or modifications required. The Rebel Series exhaust utilizes OE-style bayonet hangers, a high-quality OE-style flange, and heavy-duty stainless steel band clamps to ensure a secure, leak-free fit. All necessary hardware is included for a straightforward, hassle-free installation using factory mounting points.
