High-Performance Dual-Pipe Construction
This Rebel Series exhaust system is constructed from 3" mandrel-bent tubing that transitions into dual 2.5" pipes, all fabricated from 100% MIG-welded 409 stainless steel for durability and corrosion resistance. The smooth mandrel bends reduce turbulence, maximizing exhaust flow and improving horsepower, torque, and throttle response. In aFe POWER’s in-house dyno testing on a 2014 Silverado V8-5.3L, this system achieved gains of up to +14 HP and +17 lb-ft of torque.
Free-Flow Muffler & Aggressive Sound
A high-flow stainless steel muffler is engineered to absorb unwanted high-pitched tones while producing a deep, aggressive exhaust note. This straight-through design allows unrestricted flow across the power band, unleashing available horsepower and torque without excessive restriction.
Distinctive Middle-Side Exit Styling
