The progressive layering allows the filter to maintain high flow levels even when dirty, making it perfect for both street and track use. Pro 5R filters are easily recharged with aFe's POWER CLEANER and blue air filter oil.
Top Mounted Heat Shield Design: aFe developed a robust 18-gauge steel wrinkle-black powder-coated heat shield to mount onto the lower half of the factory airbox, ensuring a hassle-free installation that utilizes factory mounting locations.
Dyno-Tuned Intake Tube: This system features a high-quality, computer-designed, dyno-tuned intake tube to achieve maximum power gains while maintaining a perfect fit. The cross-linked polyethylene (XLPE) material is heat soak resistant and extremely durable, ensuring long-lasting performance.
