The aFe POWER Street Series Rear Differential Cover is engineered to provide superior protection, increased fluid capacity, and enhanced cooling performance for Ford Super Duty trucks equipped with Sterling 11.6 rear axles. Constructed from high-strength A356 cast aluminum and finished in a raw aluminum appearance with precision-machined fins, this differential cover is built to withstand demanding towing, hauling, off-road, and heavy-duty applications while adding durability and style to your drivetrain.
Designed to improve lubrication and thermal management, this cover increases differential fluid capacity by approximately 1.46 quarts over the factory cover. The additional fluid volume helps maintain lower operating temperatures and provides improved protection for gears and bearings during extended operation under heavy loads.
Integrated internal and external cooling fins maximize heat dissipation by transferring heat from the differential fluid to the surrounding air. This enhanced cooling capability helps maintain consistent lubricant performance and prolong differential component life.
For additional drivetrain protection, the cover incorporates a powerful neodymium magnetic drain plug that captures metal particles and contaminants before they can circulate through the differential. A precision-positioned oil-level plug eliminates guesswork during service and automatically prevents overfilling, ensuring the correct fluid level every time.
Manufactured for durability and ease of maintenance, the cover includes corrosion-resistant stainless-steel mounting hardware for a secure, hassle-free installation. Optional accessories, including a PRO Series deep-reach magnetic fill plug and oil level sight glass, are available separately to further enhance functionality and monitoring.
