The aFe POWER Street Series Rear Differential Cover is precision-engineered to provide superior strength, cooling, and protection for 2017–2023 Ford Super Duty F-250 and F-350 trucks equipped with the 6.7L Power Stroke diesel engine and Dana M275 14-bolt rear axles.
Manufactured from high-strength A356-T6 cast aluminum, this differential cover delivers exceptional durability over factory stamped steel designs. Integrated reinforcing ribs enhance structural rigidity and impact resistance, while the raw aluminum finish with precision-machined cooling fins provides both improved heat dissipation and a bold, performance-inspired appearance.
Engineered for thermal efficiency, the cover features built-in internal and external cooling fins that increase surface area to effectively reduce differential oil temperatures—ideal for towing, hauling, and heavy-duty use. At the factory-calibrated fill level, the cover offers an increased gear oil capacity of approximately 5 quarts, compared to roughly 4 quarts with the OEM cover, promoting improved lubrication and thermal stability.
For maximum drivetrain protection, aFe includes magnetic drain and deep-reach fill plugs designed to capture metallic debris and contaminants before they can circulate through the differential. A 1/8" NPT oil level calibration plug, set precisely to the factory fluid level, eliminates the risk of accidental overfilling and ensures consistent service accuracy.
All required mounting hardware is included for a hassle-free installation, and the cover is compatible with optional accessories such as an aFe oil level sight glass (Part Number: 46-00001) for quick visual fluid checks.
