Engineered specifically for Dana M235 front axles, this premium differential cover is constructed from high-strength A356 cast aluminum and features a raw finish with precision-machined cooling fins for superior durability, heat dissipation, and aggressive styling.
Designed to withstand demanding towing, hauling, off-road, and heavy-duty driving conditions, this differential cover increases fluid capacity by approximately 0.5 quart over stock, helping improve lubrication and temperature control during extended operation. The increased oil volume helps maintain consistent gear protection while reducing heat buildup under load.
Built-in internal and external cooling fins maximize heat transfer from the differential fluid to the surrounding air, helping keep operating temperatures lower for improved drivetrain performance and longevity.
For added protection, the cover includes a powerful neodymium magnetic drain plug that captures metal particles and debris before they can circulate through the differential. A precisely positioned oil-level plug eliminates guesswork during servicing and helps prevent overfilling, ensuring proper fluid levels every time.
Manufactured for long-term reliability, the cover includes corrosion-resistant stainless-steel mounting hardware for a hassle-free installation. Optional accessories, including a PRO Series deep-reach magnetic fill plug and oil level sight glass, are available separately for additional functionality.
