The aFe POWER Pro Series Rear Differential Cover is engineered to deliver maximum strength, superior cooling, and enhanced serviceability for 2017–2023 Ford Super Duty F-350 and F-450 trucks equipped with the 6.7L Power Stroke diesel engine and Dana M300 14-bolt dual rear wheel axles.
Precision-manufactured from high-strength A356-T6 cast aluminum, this Pro Series differential cover provides exceptional durability and impact resistance compared to factory stamped steel covers. Integrated reinforcing ribs improve structural rigidity, while the black powder-coated finish with precision-machined cooling fins offers long-lasting corrosion resistance and a bold, performance-oriented appearance.
Designed for severe-duty applications such as towing and hauling, the cover features internal and external cooling fins that increase surface area to efficiently dissipate heat from the differential oil. At the factory-calibrated fill level, the Pro Series cover increases gear oil capacity to approximately 5 quarts, compared to roughly 4 quarts with the OEM cover, helping maintain consistent lubrication and reduced operating temperatures.
For advanced protection and simplified maintenance, this differential cover includes magnetic drain and deep-reach magnetic fill plugs that capture metallic debris and contaminants before they circulate through the rear end. A large oil level sight glass, combined with a 1/8" NPT calibration plug preset to the factory fluid level, allows for quick visual fluid inspection while eliminating the risk of accidental overfilling.
All necessary mounting hardware is included for a straightforward, hassle-free installation, making this cover a premium upgrade for work-ready and performance-driven Super Duty trucks.
