The aFe POWER Front & Rear Diff GUARD Package with Oil provides complete, performance-driven protection for the drivetrain of 2017–2022 Ford F-250 and F-350 Super Duty trucks equipped with a front Dana Super 60 and rear Sterling 10.5”-12 bolt axle configuration. This all-in-one kit includes both front and rear differential covers, premium gear oil, and all necessary hardware, delivering a ready-to-install solution for enhanced performance, cooling, and durability.
Constructed from durable cast aluminum and reinforced with structural ribs, the Pro Series covers deliver exceptional strength and superior heat dissipation compared to factory units. Black powder-coated finishes with precision-machined cooling fins provide corrosion resistance and a bold, performance-focused appearance under your vehicle.
Designed for heavy-duty operation, towing, and extended off-road use, these covers increase oil capacity over stock, allowing improved thermal stability and consistent lubrication for prolonged performance. Each cover incorporates neodymium magnetic drain and deep-reach fill plugs to capture metallic debris before it can circulate through the differential, providing maximum protection. A calibration plug set to the factory oil level ensures proper service without risk of overfilling. Additionally, pre-installed oil level sight glasses allow quick and accurate inspection of fluid levels for both front and rear axles.
Included in this kit is 9 quarts of PROGUARD Synthetic 75W-90 gear oil, exceeding API GL-5 specifications for both open and limited-slip differentials, ensuring optimal lubrication and protection for every service.
