This comprehensive kit includes both front and rear differential covers, premium PROGUARD gear oils, and all necessary hardware for a ready-to-install, full-service solution.
Constructed from durable cast aluminum and reinforced with structural ribs, these Pro Series covers provide exceptional strength and superior heat dissipation compared to factory stamped steel units. The black powder-coated finish with precision-machined cooling fins ensures corrosion resistance while delivering a bold, performance-focused appearance.
Designed for heavy-duty use, towing, and extreme conditions, these covers increase oil capacity over stock, helping maintain consistent lubrication and thermal stability during extended operation. Built-in internal and external cooling fins efficiently transfer heat from the gear oil to the surrounding air, ensuring optimal performance and protection.
Each cover includes neodymium magnetic drain and deep-reach fill plugs to capture metallic debris and wear particles before they circulate through the differential. A calibration plug preset to the factory oil level eliminates the risk of overfilling, while the pre-installed oil level sight glass allows for quick, accurate inspection at a glance.
This kit comes with 4 quarts of PROGUARD Synthetic 75W-90 gear oil for the front axle and 5 quarts of PROGUARD Synthetic 75W-140 gear oil for the rear axle, exceeding API GL-5 specifications for both open and limited-slip applications.
