Description
The Momentum HD Cold Air Intake System delivers maximum airflow, superior filtration, and enhanced low-end torque for diesel Jeep Gladiator JT and Wrangler JL models. Featuring patented Pro GUARD7 media with 99.7% cumulative efficiency, this intake system is engineered for off-road performance and long-term reliability. It outflows the factory intake by 23% and provides an additional +39 lb-ft torque below 2000 RPM, improving throttle response and low-speed drivability.
The system includes a one-piece sealed housing constructed from heat-resistant cross-linked polyethylene (XLPE) with a soft hood seal to block hot engine air. Its patented filter-to-housing interface allows for the largest possible air filter and simplifies installation. A large inspection window allows quick visual checks without disassembly.
The intake features an 8-inch tall, 360-degree radial flow pre-oiled air filter with a 4-inch round flange. The Pro GUARD7 filter media combines five layers of progressive cotton and two layers of synthetic media, providing extreme durability, maximum filtration, and long maintenance intervals. Reinforced metal prevents filter collapse even in harsh off-road conditions.
A dyno-tuned XLPE intake tube ensures optimal airflow while resisting heat soak. Premium stainless clamps, reinforced silicone couplings with custom aluminum inserts, and all necessary hardware are included for a secure, direct-fit installation without cutting or modifications.
