The aFe POWER Momentum HD Cold Air Intake System with Pro DRY S Filter is engineered to deliver maximum airflow, horsepower, and torque gains for Ram 1500 EcoDiesel trucks (2014–2019). With its high-volume design, this intake system allows your 3.0L EcoDiesel engine to breathe more efficiently, improving throttle response, torque, and overall engine performance.
Constructed around a massive 1,000 CFM 360-degree radial flow Pro DRY S filter, the system uses three layers of progressively finer synthetic media to provide maximum filtration efficiency without the need for oiling. The patent-pending filter-to-housing interface ensures the largest filter size possible, increasing available air volume while simplifying installation.
The intake features a one-piece roto-molded housing with auxiliary air scoop, designed to reduce heat soak and deliver the coolest air charge possible. A large built-in sight window allows for quick, hassle-free inspection of the air filter without disassembly. For fully sealed operation, a urethane plug is included to block the auxiliary air scoop when needed.
The CAD-designed, dyno-tuned roto-molded intake tube is paired with a thin-walled aluminum section, maximizing volumetric flow into the turbo adaptor while maintaining precise fitment. Every system is engineered for easy installation, using fewer parts and premium components for durability and a secure fit. Stainless steel T-bolt clamps and a 3-ply reinforced silicone coupling ensure a tight, leak-free seal.
