Large, Three-Layer Performance Air Filter:
The Momentum HD intake features a 9” tall, 360-degree radial-flow Pro DRY S filter with three layers of synthetic media. Its progressive layering maximizes filtration efficiency, dust holding capacity, and service intervals without the need for oils. Reinforced metal ensures durability and prevents filter collapse.
Filter-to-Housing Interface:
The patented filter-to-housing interface allows the air filter to be easily removed by only uninstalling the intake tube. A large clear sight window enables inspection without disassembly.
One-Piece Sealed Housing:
Constructed from heat-resistant cross-linked polyethylene (XLPE), the smooth one-piece housing reduces total parts, incorporates factory air scoops, and includes an optional auxiliary air inlet for increased airflow. US PAT 9440175 covers the housing design.
Dyno-Tuned Intake Tube:
The XLPE intake tube is computer-designed and dyno-tuned for maximum power gains, perfect fitment, and heat-soak resistance.
