The aFe Power Momentum GT Cold Air Intake System with Pro DRY S Filter is engineered to maximize airflow, horsepower, and torque for 2014–2016 Ram 2500, 2500 Power Wagon, and 3500 trucks with the 6.4L HEMI V8. Combining precision engineering, premium materials, and an innovative design, this intake system delivers up to +16 HP and +18 lb-ft of torque while offering a clean, hassle-free installation.
At the heart of the Momentum GT system is a large, one-piece roto-molded housing constructed from heat-resistant cross-linked polyethylene. This custom CAD-designed housing minimizes warm air intrusion and ensures the coolest air intake charge possible. A built-in sight window allows for quick inspection of the Pro DRY S air filter without removing the housing, simplifying maintenance and inspection.
The included 8-inch round, 360-degree radial flow Pro DRY S filter features three layers of progressive synthetic media for maximum convenience and high filtration efficiency. The filter is reinforced with metal to prevent collapse, and a patent-pending filter-to-housing interface allows for the largest filter possible while simplifying installation.
The roto-molded intake tube is CAD-designed and dyno-tuned, featuring a billet aluminum crankcase fitting and an injection-molded temperature sensor fitting for a seamless, OE-style fit. This design optimizes airflow, reduces turbulence, and enhances performance while maintaining heat resistance.
Installation is straightforward, with no cutting or drilling required on factory parts. The system uses premium stainless steel T-bolt clamps and a double-hump silicone coupling, ensuring a secure, leak-free installation. The Momentum GT intake system is designed with fewer components for a fast, easy, and reliable installation process.
