Large Five Layer Performance Air Filter: The aFe POWER Pro 5R air filter is a 7-1/2” tall, pre-oiled, 360-degree radial flow performance air filter with five layers of progressively finer cotton gauze media for maximum performance. It provides your engine with the highest amount of high-flowing air, usually resulting in the greatest power gains among all our filter media options. This media is perfect for street and/or track use.
Unique One-Piece Housing: The sealed XLPE polymer housing features a rugged design, as well as a clear sight window, allowing for hassle-free filter inspection. aFe POWER's patent-pending filter-to-housing interface eliminates the use of excessive parts, simplifying the installation process. The housing utilizes the factory air inlet, requiring no additional hardware, and features an optional auxiliary air inlet that pulls in additional air.
Dyno-Tuned Intake Tube: This system features a high-quality, computer-designed, dyno-tuned intake tube to achieve maximum power gains while maintaining a perfect fit. Its XLPE material is heat soak resistant and extremely durable.
Hassle-Free Installation: The computer-designed system utilizes factory mounting locations, minimizing the use of unnecessary hardware and ensuring a perfect fit every time. Its innovative design makes for a hassle-free, direct bolt-on installation process that requires no cutting or drilling. The revolutionary design, featuring our patent-pending filter-to-housing interface, uses half the number of parts of a traditional cold air intake system.
