The Momentum GT Cold Air Intake System is engineered to maximize airflow, performance, and engine efficiency for 2024–2025 Volkswagen Atlas and Atlas Cross Sport 2.0L Turbo models. Designed to outflow the factory intake by up to 12%, this high-performance system delivers measurable gains in horsepower, torque, and throttle response without compromising reliability or drivability.
At the heart of the system is Momentum’s large, five-layer Pro 5R air filter. Standing 7.5” tall with a 360-degree radial design, it utilizes pre-oiled cotton gauze media in five progressively finer layers to optimize filtration and airflow. The inverted top design adds extra surface area, resulting in longer service intervals and consistent performance for both street and track applications.
The innovative one-piece housing is constructed from durable cross-linked polyethylene (XLPE) and features a patent-pending filter-to-housing interface along with a clear sight window for convenient filter inspection. An integrated aluminum heat shield deflects hot air from the turbocharger, ensuring intake air remains as cool as possible. The system is fully compatible with the vehicle’s factory air inlet, requiring no additional hardware for installation.
A reinforced silicone intake tube, built with three layers of nylon and an internal aluminum insert, provides a secure, durable connection to the filter and resists wear, extreme temperatures, and other environmental stresses. Stainless steel clamps and a silicone coupler complete the system, ensuring a tight seal and fast, hassle-free installation using factory mounting points.
