The aFe POWER MACH Force-XP 3" to 3.5" Cat-Back Exhaust System is engineered to deliver exceptional power gains, aggressive sound, and precision fitment for 2011–2014 Ford F-150 trucks equipped with the 3.5L EcoBoost engine. Featuring a stepped-diameter design and premium stainless steel construction, this exhaust system maximizes exhaust velocity while broadening the torque curve across the entire RPM range.
This system is constructed from 3-inch to 3.5-inch mandrel-bent 409 stainless steel tubing, allowing exhaust gases to flow smoothly with reduced restriction. The increased diameter and smooth transition bends enhance throttle response and overall engine efficiency. In aFe POWER’s in-house dyno testing, the MACH Force-XP exhaust delivered gains of up to +35 horsepower and +39 lb-ft of torque over the factory exhaust system.
At the core of the system is a straight-through, free-flowing stainless steel muffler, engineered to absorb unwanted high-frequency tones while producing a deep, aggressive exhaust note. The exhaust exits through a 4.5-inch wrinkle-black stainless steel rolled slash-cut side-exit tip, delivering a bold performance look to match the sound.
Installation is quick and hassle-free, utilizing all factory mounting locations for precise alignment. OE-style bayonet hangers maintain a stable exhaust position during high vibration and extreme heat, ensuring a consistent OE-quality fit over time. A high-quality OE-style flange and premium band clamps provide a complete 360-degree sealing surface to eliminate exhaust leaks. All required hardware is included for a straightforward installation.
This MACH Force-XP cat-back exhaust system is designed specifically for 157-inch wheelbase models only and does not require a CARB EO number, making it suitable for off-road and performance applications where applicable.
