The MACH Force-XP 2.5-Inch Front Muffler Assembly is a premium exhaust solution engineered to refine exhaust tone while maintaining optimal airflow and performance for 2007–2018 Jeep Wrangler JK models. Designed to integrate seamlessly with factory or aftermarket axle-back exhaust systems, this forward-mounted muffler assembly effectively reduces exhaust drone and in-cabin resonance without sacrificing horsepower or throttle response.
Constructed from 2.5-inch mandrel-bent 409 stainless steel, this system ensures maximum durability, corrosion resistance, and long-term performance. Smooth mandrel bends promote unrestricted exhaust flow and reduced turbulence, enhancing overall engine efficiency. The system features a 14-inch round high-flow stainless steel muffler, strategically positioned in the forward location to quiet harsh exhaust notes while maintaining a deep, smooth tone at idle and cruising speeds.
This MACH Force-XP front muffler assembly bolts directly to most aftermarket axle-back systems or the factory tailpipe, making it an ideal sound-control upgrade for vehicles with aggressive exhaust setups. It is also compatible with select aFe POWER axle-back exhaust systems and Twisted Steel downpipes, allowing further customization to minimize unwanted resonance.
