Constructed from 3-inch mandrel-bent 409 stainless steel tubing, the Large Bore-HD exhaust system delivers excellent strength, corrosion resistance, and long-term durability. Precision 100% MIG-welded construction ensures race-proven reliability under high heat and vibration conditions.
The system is finished with dual 5-inch polished 304 stainless steel clamp-on exhaust tips, each featuring a riveted aFe POWER logo plate for a premium, performance-inspired appearance. Designed using state-of-the-art computer-aided design (CAD) technology, this exhaust provides precise, high-tolerance factory fitment across multiple cab and bed configurations.
