Upgrade the performance and sound of your EcoDiesel Ram 1500 with the aFe Large Bore-HD 2-1/2" DPF-Back Exhaust System. Constructed from 2-1/2" mandrel-bent 409 stainless steel tubing, this system is engineered to maximize exhaust flow, reduce backpressure, and lower exhaust gas temperatures (EGTs) while delivering up to +7 HP and +13 lb-ft of torque over the stock system.
At the heart of this system is a mitered merge collector, designed to eliminate dead space and minimize turbulence common in formed collectors. Paired with smooth transition bends, this ensures optimized airflow for improved engine efficiency and performance.
Designed for direct-fit installation, the Large Bore-HD system uses all factory mounting locations for a quick, hassle-free setup. OE-style bayonet hangers maintain proper exhaust alignment during high vibration and heat conditions, ensuring a durable, OE-quality fit.
The system is finished with dual 4-1/2" polished 304 stainless steel clamp-on tips, featuring a high-luster rolled edge and a riveted, laser-cut aFe Power logo plate for a bold, aggressive appearance.
