The aFe POWER ATLAS 5" DPF-Back Exhaust System is engineered to deliver increased exhaust flow, aggressive styling, and dependable durability for 2011–2016 GM HD trucks equipped with the 6.6L LML Duramax diesel engine. Designed as a direct-fit upgrade, this system offers an ideal balance of performance, sound, fitment, and value.
Constructed from 5-inch mandrel-bent aluminized steel tubing, the ATLAS exhaust system maintains consistent diameter throughout the exhaust path, ensuring smooth airflow with minimal restriction. The large-diameter design helps reduce backpressure, increase horsepower and torque, and lower exhaust gas temperatures (EGTs) during towing or heavy-duty use.
The system utilizes high-quality OE-style flanges and stainless steel band clamps to provide a complete 360-degree, leak-free seal. OE-style bayonet hangers ensure precise exhaust alignment and stability under high heat and vibration, delivering long-term durability without fitment changes over time.
Installation is fast and hassle-free, as the system uses all factory mounting locations and requires no cutting or modifications. To complete the aggressive appearance, the exhaust is finished with a massive 6-inch polished 304 stainless steel slash-cut tip, featuring a laser-cut stainless steel aFe POWER badge. A built-in drain port helps prevent moisture accumulation, reducing corrosion at the tailpipe.
