The Mod-Twin 225 features a CNC-machined, dynamically balanced flywheel, heavy-duty pressure plate, organic friction discs, sprung Mono-Drive hub, floater, Monoloc Collar, release bearing, alignment tool, and pilot bearing where required. Its modular construction allows the clutch to be rebuilt, with most components available separately for long-term serviceability.
The organic friction material provides a smooth, progressive engagement with light pedal effort while maintaining excellent heat capacity and a stable coefficient of friction. The sprung Mono-Drive hub helps absorb torsional vibration, reduce driveline shock, and extend input shaft life.
