Description
The 034Motorsport Billet Aluminum Rear Differential Insert Kit is engineered specifically for the BMW F2X and F3X chassis to improve handling by minimizing rear differential movement. The factory rubber differential mounts allow some flex and deflection under load, which delays power transfer to the rear wheels and impacts handling during acceleration, deceleration, and shifting.
These precision CNC-machined billet 6061 aluminum inserts are designed to fill the voids in the factory rubber differential mounts without compromising ride comfort or introducing additional noise, vibration, or harshness (NVH). The inserts work in harmony with the factory mounts to reduce differential movement under load, resulting in a more connected, responsive, and refined driving experience.
The insert kit was developed and extensively tested on 034Motorsport’s in-house BMW F30 340i development vehicle to ensure optimal performance and fitment. Installation is simple, fully reversible, and requires no modifications.
