Design & Construction
The ZAERO Design EVO-1 Front Splitter was developed to enhance the factory styling of the Golf 7 GTI and GTD without compromising the vehicle's OEM-inspired appearance.
The splitter uses a three-piece design consisting of a centre front splitter and two side splitter sections. This creates a wider visual profile across the lower front bumper while maintaining the distinctive styling lines of the Golf 7.
The high-quality ABS plastic construction is designed to withstand normal road use and provide a durable alternative to lower-quality aftermarket exterior components.
Installation
The EVO-1 Front Splitter is supplied ready for installation in gloss black and includes the appropriate fastening hardware and detailed installation instructions.
ZAERO focused on dimensional accuracy during development to achieve a precise fit against the factory bumper. 1K-PU adhesive can also be used for additional securing, but the adhesive is not required for installation according to the manufacturer.

It does not fit the 2017–2020 Golf 7.5 GTI/GTD Facelift. The facelift models require the separate ZA-GOLF-75-GTI-FS EVO-1 Front Splitter.
