The ZAERO EVO-1 Body Kit gives the Hyundai i30N Pre-Facelift a sportier, more distinctive, and performance-focused appearance while preserving the original character of the i30N design.
Inspired by the aggressive styling of the Hyundai i30N Concept C, ZAERO developed the EVO-1 body kit to combine distinctive styling with precise vehicle-specific fitment. The result is a cohesive exterior package that enhances the i30N without making the design overly intrusive.
The components are manufactured in Germany according to OEM standards and supplied ready for installation in a gloss black finish. ZAERO focuses on maximum fitment accuracy during development to achieve clean integration and consistent panel gaps.

The ZAERO EVO-1 Body Kit was developed specifically around the styling language of the Hyundai i30N.
ZAERO took inspiration from the Hyundai i30N Concept C when developing the EVO-1 design, combining its distinctive styling elements with ZAERO's own design approach.
The components are manufactured from high-quality ABS plastic and developed according to OEM standards. ZAERO emphasizes precise engineering and accurate fitment to achieve a clean appearance and consistent panel gaps when installed on the vehicle.
Installation
The body kit is supplied ready for installation in gloss black and includes the appropriate mounting hardware and detailed installation instructions.
The EVO-1 rear diffuser uses a plug-and-play installation design and can generally be installed without removing the rear bumper when the installer has sufficient experience.
