Design & Construction
The ZAERO EVO-S design language focuses on adding a more dynamic appearance to the BMW M2 G87 while maintaining the original proportions and factory body lines.
The front lip gives the M2 a more defined lower front profile, while the side skirt extensions visually connect the front and rear sections of the vehicle. The EVO-S rear diffuser adds a stronger visual presence to the rear bumper, and the rear spoiler lip completes the exterior package with a subtle performance-inspired detail.
ZAERO manufactures the components from high-quality ABS plastic and focuses on precise construction, fitment, and durability. The components are supplied in gloss black for a consistent finish across the complete package.
Installation
The EVO-S body-kit components are supplied ready for installation with detailed installation instructions and the appropriate mounting hardware.
The EVO-S Rear Diffuser features a plug-and-play clip solution that allows it to mount similarly to the original rear bumper valance. ZAERO states that the installation can be completed without removing the rear bumper or using a lift when performed with sufficient technical knowledge.
The EVO-S Front Lip is supplied in gloss black with the required mounting hardware and installation guide.
The EVO-S Side Skirt Extensions are also supplied ready to install with the necessary mounting hardware and detailed installation documentation.
The EVO-S Rear Spoiler Lip is supplied with pre-applied 3M adhesive tape and is designed for straightforward installation.
Professional installation is recommended to ensure correct alignment, secure mounting, and the best possible final appearance.

The ZAERO EVO-S Front Splitter is a separate product from the EVO-S Front Lip included in this body-kit configuration.
The dedicated EVO-S Front Splitter is a 1 cm-thick ABS component with a three-piece chassis-mounted bracket system that allows continuous adjustment and is designed to provide additional front-axle downforce. It is a separate product and should not be represented as the front splitter included in this body kit.
The EVO-S Front Grille/Kidney Grilles are also sold separately and are not included in the body kit described here.
