The ZAERO Design EVO-1 Gloss Black Body Kit is designed to give the BMW M235i and M240i F22/F23 a sportier, more aggressive appearance while maintaining the original lines of the BMW 2 Series.
Designed and developed by ZAERO Design in Germany, the EVO-1 body kit combines a front splitter, side skirt extensions, and rear diffuser into a cohesive exterior styling package. Each component is manufactured from high-quality ABS plastic and supplied in a ready-to-install gloss black finish.
ZAERO Design focuses on precise fitment and OEM-style integration during development, allowing the components to complement the factory bodywork without looking out of place. Important Component Fitment Note: The ZAERO EVO-1 front lip and rear diffuser are specifically listed for M235i and M240i F22/F23 models. The side skirt extensions are listed by ZAERO specifically for F22 Coupe models, so F23 Convertible compatibility should be confirmed before ordering the complete kit.
The front lip is also compatible with additional F22/F23 M-Package models, including 218i, 220i, 228i, 230i, M235i, M240i, M235ix, and M240ix.

Design & Construction
The ZAERO EVO-1 design was developed to enhance the factory styling of the BMW 2 Series without compromising its original character.
The components are manufactured from high-quality ABS plastic and supplied in gloss black, providing a uniform appearance across the complete kit. ZAERO develops its products with an emphasis on precise fitment, durability, and OEM-style panel alignment.
The front lip and rear diffuser integrate with the existing vehicle design, while the side skirt extensions visually connect the front and rear components to create a more complete exterior package.
Installation
The kit is designed for straightforward installation using the supplied mounting hardware and application-specific fastening points.
The rear diffuser uses a plug-and-play mounting approach and can generally be installed without removing the rear bumper when fitted by an experienced installer. Detailed installation instructions and the necessary installation material are supplied.
The front lip is supplied ready for installation with the required fastening material. ZAERO notes that the required 1K-PU body adhesive is not included and is available separately.
The side skirt extensions are supplied with installation instructions and fastening material; ZAERO specifies the necessary 1K-PU body adhesive separately.
Professional installation is recommended for the best possible fit and finish.
Important Fitment Notice
The current ZAERO manufacturer information identifies the EVO-1 product family for the BMW 2 Series F22/F23, 2013–2021, including M235i and M240i pre-facelift and facelift models. However, the individual components do not all have identical body-style coverage.
The front lip and rear diffuser are explicitly listed for both F22 and F23 M235i/M240i models, while the side skirt extensions are specifically listed for the F22 Coupe. F23 Convertible owners should therefore confirm side-skirt compatibility before purchasing the complete kit.
