Wurktol 3-Piece Wheel Socket Kit
Protect your wheel from a socket or wrench scratch with this 3 piece Wurktol Wheel Socket Kit. Most factory tire wrenches, or even regular 17, 19, or 21mm sockets were not made for wheel bolts. Therefore they are sometimes manufactured with rough finishes or sharp edges. This makes it very easy to scratch your wheel while tightening or loosening your wheel bolts. Most Volkswagen and Audi for example come with a standard “L” tire wrench with a hex shape outer surface and a 17mm hex socket interior. The VW/Audi OEM tool has sharp finishes on the outer portion which will inevitably scratch the surface on your OEM or Aftermarket wheel on possibly the first attempt to remove a bolt. Our Wurktol kit prevents damage with a soft, plastic sheeting cover around the socket. This allows the bolt channel to remain undamaged during bolt removal, or reinstallation. With a half inch (1/2”) port, each socket allows standard use with most impact guns or ratchets. With 3 sizes included, this kit is usable on most European vehicles with OEM and aftermarket wheel bolts.

We also recommend a Wurktol Wheel Guide tool to go along with this. When removing your wheel, it is always a good idea to thread in a guide tool to keep your wheel from falling off and possibly getting damaged.
