EVO 3 Intercooler Upgrade Kit (200001081):
Designed for Audi RS3 8V Sportback (270KW/367PS, 04/2015-04/2016) and Audi RS3 8V Sportback/Sedan (294KW/400PS, 08/2017+), this high-performance intercooler boasts an impressive core dimension of 515mm x 367mm x 95mm (stepped) = 16.5L. This design offers an 84% larger inflow area and 101% more charge air volume compared to the original intercooler.
The newly developed competition intercooler core ensures optimal airflow to adjacent components such as the water cooler. Featuring a high-quality Tube Fin core with internal turbulators and cast aluminum end boxes optimized using CFD system flow analyses, this intercooler guarantees minimal back pressure and excellent cooling properties. The integrated air baffles ensure even filling of the charge air cooler, making it ideal for racing applications. Additionally, the anti-corrosion coating with heat conduction properties ensures long-lasting performance and optimal cooling.
The intercooler and crossbar form a stable unit, weighing just 14.3 kg, and can be easily installed using original mounting points. Tested up to 6 bar pressure resistance, it is a direct 1:1 replacement for the OEM intercooler.

The kit excludes the pre-cat for maximum power and features dual Ø70mm diameter pipes for enhanced flow dynamics. CAD-designed and flow-optimized, this downpipe ensures precise exhaust gas measurements with its two lambda probe connections and guarantees 100% accuracy of fit for easy replacement.
