Built around advanced Protec brushless pump technology, the EBS system is capable of supporting up to 2,500 horsepower on ethanol-based fuels, with even greater potential on gasoline or blended fuels. Unlike traditional brushed pump systems, this next-generation setup maintains consistent flow even under high pressure conditions exceeding 100 PSI, ensuring stable fueling when it matters most.
With a compact 15” x 10” footprint and weighing under 10 lbs (dry), the system is designed for flexible installation without compromising performance. Its lightweight carbon fiber mounting plate and integrated components—including dual pumps, surge tank, controllers, and wiring—make it one of the most efficient and complete fuel systems available.
Engineered for real-world performance, the EBS system is tested under load conditions, delivering 20–22 LPM at 90–100 PSI at true operating voltage. This translates to a realistic and reliable 2,500 HP capability on E85, not just a theoretical rating.
The system features dual brushless pumps with integrated check valves for staged operation, eliminating backflow while optimizing fuel delivery. A surge tank design prevents fuel starvation during aggressive driving, ensuring consistent supply under hard acceleration, cornering, or low fuel conditions.
Flexible control options allow the system to be triggered via relay, PWM, or ECU integration, enabling precise fuel delivery based on boost, RPM, or other parameters. When used in PWM mode, a traditional fuel pressure regulator may not be required, simplifying your setup.
Designed for versatility, the EBS supports multiple outlet configurations and includes either a fuel pressure regulator with filtration or a high-flow filter assembly depending on your setup preference. The plug-and-play wiring harness with Deutsch connectors ensures straightforward installation for platform-specific applications.
