Designed with both function and fashion in mind, this manifold is machined from Billet 6061-T6 and utilizes CFD testing to optimize design and performance.
Significant Performance Gains
By eliminating the restrictions of the factory manifold and throttle elbow, the VTT Billet Intake Manifold improves airflow throughout the powerband. During testing, we observed impressive gains:
- 5500 RPM: +29WHP / +28WTQ
- 7500 RPM: +19WHP / +14WTQ
Trouble-Free O-Ring Connections
We’ve designed this manifold to eliminate the need for gaskets, utilizing trouble-free O-ring connections on both the plenum and the throttle body spacer. This ensures a secure and reliable seal, reducing the risk of leaks and maintenance issues.
Multiple Boost/Vacuum Ports
To provide versatility for additional components like PCV systems and methanol injection bungs, the manifold includes multiple boost/vacuum ports:
- 1 x 1/8″ NPT Port
- 1 x -6AN ORB Port
- 1 x -10AN ORB Port
