VTT BMW B58 & S58 Head Port Block-Off & Billet Check Valve Kit
The VTT Head Port Block-Off / Check Valve Kit is a precision-engineered solution for BMW B58 and S58 engines, designed to eliminate oil intrusion and carbon buildup caused by the factory low-side PCV system. These OEM cylinder head ports use engine vacuum to evacuate crankcase gases, but oil can inadvertently enter the intake manifold, leading to valve deposits and long-term performance issues.
This kit offers two configuration options for maximum versatility and reliability:
1. Block-Off Version – Fully seals the factory head ports, preventing oil intrusion and unwanted vacuum leaks.
2. Billet Check Valve Version – Converts the factory head ports into a robust internal PCV system using precision-machined one-way check valves. These valves allow proper vacuum operation while blocking boost pressure from entering the crankcase or intake tract.
By bypassing the factory valve cover PCV system, the VTT kit integrates a three-valve internal system directly into the cylinder head. This improves reliability, simplifies plumbing, and maintains consistent crankcase pressure — essential for both stock and high-performance BMW B58 and S58 engines. Installation is quick, safe, and requires no tapping. Simply tap the block-offs or check valves into place using the included M6 bolt installation tool.
