Description
The stock diaphragm on the Gen 1 B58 valve cover is known to be fragile and prone to cracking or tearing over time, leading to a loss of crankcase vacuum and smoking issues. The VTT PCV Cap addresses this problem by replacing the factory plastic cap with a durable billet aluminum piece. This cap utilizes a billet banjo fitting and our vacuum/boost adapter to direct vacuum from the head ports to the manifold, eliminating the weak stock system and providing a robust solution. Additionally, this cap allows for the optional installation of a catch can on the low side if desired.
Unlike other systems on the market that remove vacuum from the crankcase and combine high and low sides—an approach that often causes more problems than it solves—our system maintains proper mechanical function and ensures reliability.
For optimal performance, we recommend using this kit in conjunction with our High Side Catch Can Kit and our crankcase breather.

Installation Instructions:
- Remove the factory cap by prying it off.
- Remove the diaphragm.
- Place the VTT billet cap in its place and tap it down to seat the lip.
- Remove the vacuum hose and insert the vacuum/boost adapter in line with it.
- Attach the supplied hose and tighten the fittings.
