VTT proudly introduces our B58 Gen 1 Billet Valve Cover, designed for B58 owners seeking both aesthetic enhancement and functional improvement in their engine bay. This valve cover eliminates the problematic PCV systems and susceptibility to cracking associated with the stock plastic valve cover, especially under higher mileage conditions. For optimal performance, we recommend pairing it with our B58 engine catch can kit, available as an add-on. Our valve cover also offers a variety of breather choices for enhanced crankcase venting, including our oil cap breather and one-way stainless breathers.

Important Information:
Switching to an aluminum valve cover removes the factory PCV system and its functions. To avoid potential issues such as smoking or oil bypass, it is crucial to replace it with an external PCV setup. At a minimum, an external PCV setup on the low side is recommended to provide vacuum to the crankcase at idle, aiding turbo draining, and other functions. Blocking the head ports when using an aluminum cover is also suggested to prevent the gasket from solely bearing the responsibility of keeping boost out of the crankcase.
