While an aluminum charge cooler offers improved core performance and cooling capacity, it can also lead to direct heat transfer from the head to the manifold, resulting in heat soak and elevated intake air temperatures (IATs). Our Phenolic Spacer is designed to mitigate these issues by reducing heat transfer and improving thermal efficiency.

Manufactured from G11 Epoxy sheet, this spacer excels in heat resistance and mechanical strength. With an 8mm thickness, it provides an effective barrier against heat soak, ensuring optimal performance in high-temperature environments. The spacer is machined to accommodate factory O-rings for a secure, leak-free seal, and these O-rings are included with the product.
