Choose between rebuilt OEM replacements using N54 cores or opt for 100% brand new units. Our new turbos include all-new parts, such as housings, wheels, and internals, eliminating the need for a core charge and the hassle of sending in your cores. The upgrade charge for new units is $300.

Rebuilt OEM Stock Units: We use freshly rebuilt stock units with all OEM spec internals. The turbine side features a stainless steel wastegate arm and flapper valve to eliminate rattling and boost loss issues. These units also come with brand new factory OEM wastegate actuators, offering superior performance at a lower cost than stock OEM replacement turbochargers.

TD04 Upgraded Thrust System: All VTT turbos are equipped with a performance TD04 upgraded thrust system, extending the life of the turbochargers. The upgraded thrust option includes an enhanced thrust bearing and a 30% increase in surface area on all complementing thrust pieces.

VTT Billet Compressor Wheel Option: Enhance your OEM turbos with the VTT Billet Compressor wheel. These fully forged billet wheels feature a 6×6 blade wheel design and extended tip technology, increasing airflow by 20% over the cast 10T wheels. This option is available for an additional $200.

Charge Pipe and BOV Combo: For optimal performance, we recommend using an aluminum aftermarket charge pipe and BOV combo with upgraded turbos. Add the VTT Cold Side Charge Pipe and Turbosmart Raceport BOV to your order for just $349. Refer to our BOV article for installation instructions to avoid compressor surge.

PCV Valve Upgrade: We advise upgrading your PCV valve during turbo replacement or upgrade. The stock valve may be worn, leading to oiling issues. Our upgraded valve is stronger, replacing the worn stock valve and helping to eliminate future PCV issues.

Engine Oil Recommendations: To ensure longevity with upgraded turbochargers, use 40W oils or higher with high Zinc and Phosphorus content for high shear strength.

Vargas turbo kits are built to order and typically take 2-4 weeks to ship. Cancellations for any reason before 7 weeks will result in a 20% fee. Once a turbo is built, it will ship within 2 business days. Cancellation of any turbo after it has been built will result in a 50% fee. The same applies to all turbo returns, except for warranty and defect claims, where no fee will be applied. Custom items, such as coated parts, any VTT-FAB single turbo kits, and custom driveshafts, will also incur a 50% restocking fee.
