Constructed from 3-inch T304 stainless steel tubing with TIG-welded seams and T316 stainless steel V-band flanges, this system ensures long-lasting durability and leak-free performance. The valved exhaust design retains the OEM valve position and functionality, giving you the ability to control cabin sound while optimizing flow for peak performance.
The included high-density fiberglass-wool packed straight-through muffler reduces backpressure, while the sound reflection chamber cancels unwanted frequencies, delivering a deep, rich exhaust note. By default, the system features 4.5-inch polished oval tips engraved with the Unitronic logo, which can be swapped for optional round chrome or black tips for a customized look.
Installation is straightforward with direct bolt-on fitment using all factory hangers and a unique V-band fastening system featuring Clampco® clamps for perfect alignment and leak-proof connections. The system also comes complete with a 3-inch MQB AWD downpipe, mid-pipe with resonator, rear section, V-band sealing rings, adapter, and all necessary hardware for a seamless installation.
