Transitioning smoothly from the turbine housing, the 80mm to 76.2mm connection guarantees optimal flow into the 3” piping, while the 4-inch corrugated stainless steel flex section accommodates engine movement without stressing factory mounts.
Featuring a 200-cell metallic matrix high-flow catalytic converter, the system maintains OEM-level efficiency with minimal power loss. OEM-inspired heat shields and factory oxygen sensor placement ensure seamless integration without modifying the wiring harness. The unique V-band fastening system with Clampco® clamps provides repeatable alignment and a fully reusable, quick-install solution. All sections are TIG welded for leak-proof construction and durability.
Sound is precisely engineered using sound reflection chamber technology to cancel unwanted frequencies and sound absorption technology with high-temperature fiberglass wool, delivering a deep, refined exhaust tone.
