Constructed from 3-inch T304 stainless steel mandrel-bent tubing, the Unitronic Cat-Back Exhaust provides optimal flow while resisting rust and corrosion for long-lasting performance. Every joint is professionally TIG welded for superior strength and craftsmanship.
Unlike standard flat V-band flanges that can shift and cause leaks over time, Unitronic’s unique sealing V-band fastening system uses CNC-machined T316 stainless steel flanges, Clampco® clamps, and precision sealing rings to ensure a perfect, leak-proof fit every time. This innovative design guarantees consistent alignment and long-term reliability.
The straight-through, free-flowing muffler design paired with sound absorption and reflection chamber technology delivers a deep, refined tone that enhances driving excitement without introducing cabin drone. Each muffler is packed with high-density, high-temperature fiberglass wool and stamped with the Unitronic logo, highlighting both performance and quality craftsmanship.
At the rear, the system is finished with polished 3.5-inch slash-cut tips engraved with the Unitronic logo, providing a premium performance look. Black tips are also available for an even bolder aesthetic.
