The Unitronic 3-inch Downpipe for B8/B8.5 Audi A4 and A5 2.0T engines is engineered for maximum performance, durability, and precise OEM fitment. Constructed from 3-inch T304 stainless steel mandrel-bent tubing, T316 stainless steel flanges, and a 4-inch corrugated stainless steel flex section, this downpipe is built to last while supporting high-power Stage 2 applications. TIG welded fabrication ensures long-term reliability and leak-free performance.
Each Unitronic downpipe includes a 200-cell high-flow metallic catalytic converter, flow-matched transitions, and an OEM-inspired catalytic converter heat shield to minimize radiant heat in the engine bay. The v-band fastening system allows for fast installation, perfect alignment, and a secure, reusable connection, while sound absorption technology provides a deep exhaust tone and reduces unwanted frequencies.
Designed for direct bolt-on installation using all factory exhaust hangers, this downpipe maintains OEM oxygen sensor placement with no modifications required. It also comes with an OEM-size reducer for universal fitment, with optional adapters available for aftermarket exhaust systems.
